There was a crooked couple who lived in a crooked house, who had a crooked marriage and bought crooked make believe houses for their kids and continued on with their crooked show that created the crookedness in their lives to begin with....I am so bummed! Sad about this! Honestly, when Jon and Kate kept saying "We are doing this (meaning the show) for the kids!" Excuse me! Maybe a hiatus is in order for a breather. I understand about the bills etc. But maybe the kids would prefer their parents going to couples therapy and still living in a little house rather than the crooked one with the big mortgage. I don't know I just find it sad. AND I both LOVE and am annoyed by both of them. I love watching Kate maneuver her family around and think in general people have been way too hard on her. At the same time one can see how she may be overbearing to Jon. But man she has 8 kids to take care of. I totally can relate with 6, I mean there are times you have to act like traffic cop or a prison marm. Still, I think Jon checked out a long time ago. It is super sad!!! Do we continue to watch as the family falls apart? Or is this truly REALITY tv...Divorce rates among couples with multiples is huge and they are showing us that.....so sad and conflicted and yet I really disagree with them thinking continuing with the show is in order.....Maybe they will reconcile....Jon says "i want my kids to understand WHY?" I don't know why...but pray that somehow when the cameras are off they are able to find some sort of normalcy. It must be tough living in a fishbowl....prayers are in order..but I disagree with Kate that the SHOW MUST GO ON!!!! The show is second to your family and should rank about 5th or 7th in your lives....
